KNK Custom & Designs Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All custom orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and design approval is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended. Rush order options are available for an additional fee.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in Michigan City, IN. If selected, you will receive a notification when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

Shipping Delays
KNK Custom & Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check all address details before finalizing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. U.S. orders only.
