3. Do you offer rush or same-day orders? Yes, rush orders are available for an additional fee. Same-day options depend on item availability and current workload.
4. Can I see a proof before my item is made? Absolutely! We provide mock-ups for your approval before production begins.
5. Do you offer design help if I don’t have artwork? Yes, our design team can create something unique just for you based on your ideas
6. What file types do you accept for uploads? We accept PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, and AI files. For the best quality, vector files are preferred.
7. Can I pick up my order locally? Yes, local pickup is available at 4319 Franklin Street, Michigan City, IN 46360. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
8. Can I personalize each item in a bulk order? Yes, individual names, numbers, or small changes can be added for an additional fee.
9. What happens if my order is delayed or lost in shipping? Please contact us immediately. We’ll assist in locating your package or resolving the issue.
10. How early should I place an order for a memorial or event? We recommend placing your order at least 7–10 days in advance to ensure timely delivery
11. Do you offer refunds? Refunds are issued only for non-custom items or when a mistake has been made on our end.
12. Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed? Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, changes may incur additional fees.
