At KNK Custom & Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have outlined the following refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency:

Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes items such as custom t-shirts, banners, pillows, memorial keepsakes, and any personalized products. Please double-check all names, dates, photos, and design approvals before confirming your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as production has not started. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
    Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong item, incorrect customization):

  • We will gladly remake the item or offer a store credit.

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Delays

KNK Custom & Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries beyond our control.
