Customization & Proof Approval Policy

At KNK Customs & Designs, we want every personalized order to reflect your vision. Please review this process before placing an order.

1. Submit Your Customization Details

Use the customization fields on the product page to provide the information relevant to your item, including:

  • Clear, high-resolution photos (up to the number permitted by the product's upload form)
  • Exact names, dates, spelling, wording, and any desired message
  • Preferred colors, themes, design ideas, and other applicable instructions
  • Your event or needed-by date, if applicable
  • Correct product options, sizes, and quantities

Please check everything carefully before checkout. The quality of supplied photos can affect the finished print.

2. Review Your Digital Proof

For personalized designs requiring artwork approval, KNK will email a digital proof to the email address on your order. Please check your inbox and spam folder and review all details carefully.

3. Approve Your Proof by Email

Reply directly to the proof email with either your approval or specific requested corrections. A proof is not considered approved until KNK receives your email confirmation. Requested revisions may change the completion timeline.

4. Production Begins After Approval

For items requiring proof approval, custom printing or production begins only after final approval is received by email. Please respond promptly to avoid delays. Once production begins, further design changes may not be possible; contact us immediately if you notice an issue.

5. Design Time, Production & Deadlines

Custom design work generally requires approximately 3–5 business days where applicable, plus additional production and shipping time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion or delivery date. Proof revisions or delayed approval may extend the timeline.

If you need your order for a funeral, graduation, birthday, or another date-specific event, contact KNK before ordering to confirm whether your deadline can be accommodated. Entering a needed-by date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

If your product's form cannot accommodate all your photos or files, please email info@shopknk.com with your order number and any additional materials. Include your order number in questions about an existing order.
